Our AffiAB® Goat Anti-HIF1a Polyclonal IgG Antibody is an ideal antibody for in-depth analysis of the human HIF1a protein. This antibody recognizes extracellular and intracellular epitopes with high specificity and sensitivity. Each vial contains 50µg of purified antibody.

Host: Goat
Species: Human

Description:

The AffiAB® Goat Anti-HIF1a Polyclonal IgG Antibody is a research-grade antibody that has been developed to detect and quantify HIF1a protein in various samples such as cell lysates, tissue lysates, and other biological fluids. HIF1a (Hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha) is a transcription factor that plays a critical role in cellular response to hypoxia. It is a key regulator of angiogenesis and metabolism, and its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases including cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

This antibody has been produced by immunizing goats with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human HIF1a protein. It has been purified from goat serum using protein A affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid in PBS buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.

This antibody has been validated for use in various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. It has been shown to be specific for HIF1a protein and does not cross-react with other related proteins. The AffiAB® Goat Anti-HIF1a Polyclonal IgG Antibody can be a useful tool for researchers studying the role of HIF1a in various physiological and pathological conditions.
