AffiZYME® RNase A (100 mg/mL)
RNase A is a high-quality endoribonuclease extracted from bovine pancreas that can specifically degrade single-stranded RNA at the C and U residue positions. The enzyme can cleave the phosphodiester bond between the 5' - ribose on the nucleoside and the phosphate group on the 3' - ribose of the adjacent pyrimidine nucleoside, and products are 3' - pyrimidine mononucleotide or oligonucleotide ending in 3' - pyrimidine nucleotide. It is widely used to remove RNA from DNA samples.

Storage:
Store at 15 ~ 25°C for three months, and store at -30 ~ -15°C for long-term storage. Transport at room temperature.
Applications:
- It can be used to remove RNA during plasmid and genomic DNA preparation.
- It can be used to remove RNA in solution during the preparation of recombinant protein.
