AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 3000
Product Description
AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 3000 harnesses our innovative and proprietary lipid conjugation technology. Specifically tailored and formulated with the inclusion of exclusive enhancers for transfecting HEK293 cells and other mammalian cells (as depicted in Figure 1), this 2nd generation liposome-based DNA transfection reagent represents a significant advancement. AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 3000 achieves exceptionally high transfection efficiencies for HEK293-related cells and numerous mammalian cell types, all while minimizing cytotoxicity. Upgraded from its previous version with refined chemistry, AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 3000 excels with a 3~4 times increase in gene delivery efficiency. Each unit of AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 3000 reagent, with a volume of 1.0 ml, is suitable for more than 600 transfections in 24-well plates or more than 300 transfections in 6-well plates.
