AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 Plus represents an upgraded version of the GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent. AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 Plus has been enhanced through the incorporation of a booster peptide, resulting in a remarkable up to 20 times higher transfection efficiency across a wide range of mammalian cells when compared to its previous iteration. AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 Plus has demonstrated its capability to efficiently deliver genes to various well-established cell lines, as well as primary cells, including HEK293, 293T, 293E, CHO, COS1, HeLa, NIH 3T3, insect cell lines such as Sf9 and Sf21, and various other eukaryotic cell lines, all with reduced toxicity. Each unit of AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 Plus reagent, with a volume of 1.0 ml, is sufficient for more than 600 transfections in 24-well plates or more than 300 transfections in 6-well plates.
