Overview
The NTP Set Solution contains four separate solutions (ATP, CTP, UTP, GTP) . This product is prepared with ultrapure water, and adjusted to pH value of 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 100 mmol/L (100 mmol/L) . The purity of was ≥99% (HPLC) , and there was no DNase and RNase pollution. This product is commonly used in PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and other conventional molecular biological reactions. The product is ready to use and can be directly used in PCR and other conventional molecular biological reactions.
