The AffiGEN® Precast Protein Plus Gel adopts Bis-Tris buffer system, and the rubber plate is made of plastic material, which has the advantages of excellent separation effect and clearer and sharper strip. Compared with the conventional Tris-Glycine system, the Precast Protein Plus Gel has stronger buffering capacity, and can better improve the gel stability under weak acid conditions. The unique perfusion technology can ensure the stability between batches of Precast Protein Plus Gel and the consistency of strip distribution, and the electrophoretic effect is stable.
