AffiCHECK® Vibrio cholerae DNA PCR Quantitative Positive Control is a high-quality, reliable reference standard containing known quantities of Vibrio cholerae DNA. It is formulated using modified, non-infectious material to ensure stability, thereby supporting accurate and consistent results in PCR applications.
INTENDED USE:
AffiCHECK® Vibrio cholerae DNA PCR Quantitative Positive Control serves as a comprehensive process control for evaluating the performance of nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs). It contains a known quantity of Vibrio cholerae DNA, enabling the quantitative evaluation of PCR assay performance in clinical, research, and diagnostic settings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Open the foil pouch of AffiCHECK® Vibrio cholerae DNA.
- Centrifuge AffiCHECK® Vibrio cholerae DNA Lyophilized Powder at 1000 g for 1 minute.
- Add 100 μL of the Buffer and thoroughly mix until fully reconstituted.
- The concentration will be 1x104 to 2x104 Copies/µL once reconstituted.
- Vortex for 1 min for complete dissolution and homogenization.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE:
- Before Reconstitution: Store at 2-8ºC.
- After Reconstitution: Store at -20ºC.
