Description:

AffiAB® Goat Anti-HSP20 Polyclonal IgG Antibody is a research-grade antibody used in the detection and analysis of heat shock protein 20 (HSP20) in various samples. HSP20 is a member of the small heat shock protein family, and it is involved in the regulation of several cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cytoskeletal organization.

This antibody is produced in goat and is purified using a protein G column. It is suitable for various applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry. The antibody is conjugated with different fluorescent dyes, including DyLight® 405, DyLight® 488, DyLight® 550, and DyLight® 633, enabling visualization of the target protein in different assays.

AffiAB® Goat Anti-HSP20 Polyclonal IgG Antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. It is recommended to store the antibody at -20°C for long-term use.
