AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1
Product Description
AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1 is a potent transfection reagent that ensures highly efficient and consistent transfection outcomes while maintaining minimal toxicity. It utilizes a unique chemical formulation involving the covalent cross-linking of cationic lipids with polymers, resulting in remarkable transfection efficiency and distinct advantages over other types of transfection reagents. AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1 has demonstrated its ability to successfully deliver genes to a diverse range of cell lines, both established and primary, including HEK293, 293T, 293E, CHO, COS1, HeLa, NIH 3T3, insect cell lines such as Sf9 and Sf21, and various other eukaryotic cell lines. One unit of AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1, with a volume of 1.0 ml, is suitable for more than 600 transfections in 24-well plates or around 333 transfections in 6-well plates.
Application
- Facilitates the delivery of DNA/RNA into mammalian and insect cells.
- Dramatically enhances virus infection efficiency (up to 200 times) for challenging-to-transfect cells, including replication-deficient Adenovirus.
Features
- Exceptionally high virus production yields.
- Equally effective for very long DNA molecules (up to 56 kb).
- Suitable for both single and multiple DNA transfections.
- Achieves exceptionally high levels of recombinant protein production.
- The preferred choice for challenging-to-transfect cells.
- A cost-effective transfection reagent.
Storage Condition
Store AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1 at 4°C. When stored correctly, the product maintains stability for 12 months or longer.
