AffiGEN® ACTH IRMA Kit
The AffiGEN ACTH-IRMA is a two-step immunoradiometric assay for measuring intact human ACTH in EDTA plasma. Monoclonal antibodies (1–24 fragment) coat the tubes to capture ACTH. After sample incubation and washing, 125I-labeled polyclonal antibodies (24–39 fragment) are added. The bound radioactivity reflects the intact ACTH concentration.
