AffiCHECK® Gastrointestinal Bacterial PCR Panel Control
A panel of six common pathogenic enteric bacteria, pooled and inactivated to render them non-infectious, formulated in a matrix that mimics stool specimens. This kit is intended to validate and control sample processing, amplification, and detection in nucleic acid assays based on the molecular identification of gastrointestinal bacteria. The product is designed to be used as an external run control.
Analytes: Clostridium difficile, Campylobacter spp., Salmonella spp., Shigella flexneri, and Yersinia enterocolitica.
