Materials Needed:
- AffiASSAY® L-Lactate Colorimetric Assay Kit
- Biological samples containing L-lactate
- Microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance

Protocol:
Standard Curve Preparation:
- Prepare a series of standard solutions containing known concentrations of L-lactate.
