AffiNGS® VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Ion Torrent V2 is a DNA library preparation kit optimized specifically for the lot Torrent high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit can convert 5 ng to 1 µg Input DNA into a dedicated library for the lot Torrent high-throughput sequencing platform. As an upgraded version, the VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for lon Torrent V2 greatly increased the library conversion rate ans amplified library amplification module. The kit is widely applicable to PCR or PCR-free library preparation multiple sample types, and compatible with the target capture process. All reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
