The TruePrep Flexible DNA Library Prep Kit for MGI is a specialized reagent kit developed for the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit employs a novel transposase-based method for DNA fragmentation, streamlining the intricate steps of DNA fragmentation, end repair, and adapter ligation into a single enzymatic reaction, significantly shortening library construction time. Compared to conventional transposase library construction kits, this kit enhances compatibility with DNA template input by chemically coupling the transposase to magnetic beads. This advancement allows the preparation of sequencing libraries tailored for the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform from DNA templates ranging from 100 pg to 500 ng.
