Domestic Shipping:

• Orders of stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
• Non-stock products are shipped after production is finished. The average is 2-3 weeks. Customized products can take 4 more weeks for project implementation and testing.

International Shipping:

• International orders are subject to additional shipping fees and import taxes.
• Orders of stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive.
• Non-stock products are shipped after production is finished. The average is 2-3 weeks. Customized products can take 4 more weeks for project implementation and testing.

Shipping Carrier:

• We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
