AffiNGS® TruePrep Index Kit for MGI
The AffiNGS® TruePrep Index Kit for MGI is a dedicated companion reagent kit for the TruePrep DNA Library Prep Kit for MGI (AffiNGS® #AFG-VZ-TDM501 - #AFG-VZ-TDM503) and the TruePrep Flexible DNA Library Prep Kit for MGI (AffiNGS® #AFG-VZ-TDM504), specifically designed for library construction on the BGI high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit includes 24 different NTMXXX indexes, enabling the preparation of 24 distinct single-end index libraries. When using this kit for sequencing on the BGI platform, transposase-customized sequencing primers need to be used in conjunction. All reagents provided in the kit undergo rigorous quality control and functional validation, ensuring the stability and reproducibility of library construction.
