6×His Tag Peptide is a polypeptide composed of 6 histidine residues with a high selective affinity for nickel ions in the side chain. It is used to competitively bind anti-6×His antibodies in immunoassay assay. The recommended working concentration of 6×His Tag peptides for elution of 6×His-Tag fusion proteins is 100-400 μg/mL.
