Overview
This buffer is specially designed with high resolution prefabricated adhesive (Bis-Tris), this product has better electrophoretic effect and is effectively used for denatured protein electrophoresis. The product is provided in powder form. Before use, ddH2O can be prepared into 10× mother liquor at a constant volume of 200 mL, and then diluted into 2 L solution by 10 times the proportion. Or directly add 2 L of water to form 1× solution.
