AffiNGS® VAHTS Universal Adapter Ligation Module for Illumina V2
AffiNGS®VAHTS Universal Adapter Ligation Module for Illumina V2 is a directional optimized Ligation module for library construction of Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform . This kit can be used to efficiently ligate the Adapter containing dT tail to the end of the repaired product containing phosphate group at the 5' end and dA tail at the 3' end. Compared with the traditional method, VAHTS Universal Adapter Ligation Module for Illumina V2 uses one-tube reaction. The fragmented DNA is treated by VAHTS Universal End preparation Module for Illumina V2 (AffiNGS#AFG-VZ-N203), which can be directly ligated to the Adapter without additional product purification steps. Therefore, the minimum requirement of initial DNA template is significantly reduced and the experiment time is shortened. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
