Overview
Flag polypeptide is a hydrophilic polypeptide encoding 8 amino acids (DYKDDDDK) . It contains an enterokinase restriction site and can be used for immunoaffinity chromatography. Flag peptides can elute proteins under non-denatured conditions and are recognized by a variety of antibodies, such as M1, M2, and M5.
