AffiNGS® AmpSeq Adapters for Illumina
AffiNGS® AmpSeq Adapters for Illumina is a specialized kit based in AmpSeq technology for library preparation of the Illumina sequencing platform. Collocated whit AmpSeq library preparation kits, this product can be used to prepare multi-group samples targeted sequencing DNA libraries suitable for the Illumina platform. AFG-VZ-NA111-01 contains 12 different indexed adapter from Adapter 1 to 12; AFG-VZ-NA111-02 contains 12 different indexed adapters from Adapter 13 to 24; AFG-VZ-NA111-03 contains 24 different indexed adapters from Adapter 25 to 48; AFG-VZ-NA111-04 contains 24 different indexed adapters from Adapter 49 to 72; and AFG-VZ-NA111-05 contains 24 different indexed adapters from Adapter 70 to 96. All the adapters provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional verification to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
