AffiPCR® Taq DNA Polymerase (Mg2+ plus Buffer)
This product is expressed in Escherichia coli cloned with Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase gene and is purified through multiple steps. It does not contain endonuclease, exonuclease and bacterial DNA. Taq DNA Polymerase has 5'→3' polymerase activity and 5'→3' exonu-clease activity, but no 3'→5' exonuclease activity. The PCR product has A-tailing at the 3' end, which can be cloned into the T vector, and is suitable for ClonExpress and topological cloning kit
