AffiPCR® EVO HS Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase
AffiPCR® EVO HS Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase adds a unique elongation factor and deeply optimizes the reaction system, which further improves its amplification stability, fidelity and long-fragment amplification ability. Simple templates such as λDNA and plasmids can effectively amplify long fragments. Up to 40 kb; complex templates such as genomic DNA efficiently amplify fragments up to 20 kb. Two monoclonal antibodies that can inhibit its 5'→3' polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity at room temperature are added to Phanta EVO HS, which can perform highly specific Hot Start PCR . The enzyme has 5'→3' polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity, and the amplified product is blunt-ended, suitable for ClonExpress and topological cloning kits (AffiGEN#AFG-VZ-C112/AFG-VZ-C113/AFG-VZ-C115/AFG-VZ-C601).
