Product Description :
Enzyme-based kit for fragmented DNA library preparation designed for next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms. It is optimized to improve library uniformity and increase tolerance to EDTA and other inhibitors present in DNA sample buffers.
The workflow integrates DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA-tailing into a single step, without requiring purification before adapter ligation. Subsequent steps such as adapter ligation, library amplification, and size selection can be performed directly.
It enables efficient conversion of 1 ng to 1 μg of input DNA into libraries compatible with Illumina and MGI sequencing platforms.
