AffiGEN® HighYield T7 PURE RNA Synthesis Kit

The AffiGEN® HighYield T7 PURE RNA Synthesis Kit enables efficient in vitro transcription for high RNA yield while significantly reducing double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) formation through a proprietary T7 PURE RNA polymerase system. This helps minimize immunogenic by-products commonly associated with standard T7-based transcription and reduces the need for extensive downstream purification.

By limiting dsRNA generation during synthesis, the system streamlines RNA production and improves performance in sensitive applications such as mRNA preparation, RNA probe synthesis, and functional RNA studies where transcript quality is critical.

The kit provides sufficient material for 50 reactions of 20 μL each. Typical yields range from approximately 100–120 μg RNA after 30 minutes to 140–160 μg after 2 hours using a standard DNA template, with results varying depending on template design and sequence properties.
