Assay Principle:

The assay kit measures hydroxyproline levels based on the chloramine-T oxidation method. Hydroxyproline reacts with chloramine-T to form an intermediate, which reacts with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DMAB) to produce a colored compound. Materials Needed:

Protocol:

Standard Curve Preparation:
