AffiNGS® VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains Universal Blockers for MGI-SI and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains two components. Among them, Universal Blockers for MGI-SI is a universal splice blocking sequence directed at MGI platform DNA library. This universal Blockers is suitable for single-ended Barcode labeled DNA library. It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI is a universal amplification primer targeted to single-ended barcode-labeled DNA libraries on the MGI platform. All components in the kit have gone through strict quality control and functional verification, which ensures the stability and repeatability of the experiment to a large extent.
