Product Description

AffiGEN® TransfectTM 1000 - Mammalian Cell is an advanced and enhanced version of the conventional calcium phosphate transfection reagent. Leveraging innovative chemistry, AffiGEN® TransfectTM 1000 features significantly reduced calcium concentrations, resulting in markedly decreased cytotoxicity while preserving the effectiveness of transfection. Moreover, it offers a reliable approach for generating both long-term stable and transient transfectants in a wide range of adherent cell lines. When compared to liposome and polymer-based transfection reagents, AffiGEN® TransfectTM 1000 stands out with exceptional efficiency, particularly on cell lines such as HepG2, HEK293, CHO, Hela, COS, 3T3, LNcap, C6, PC12, and primary cultured cells, among others. One unit of AffiGEN® TransfectTM 1000, with a volume of 1.0 ml, is suitable for more than 600 transfections in 24-well plates or more than 300 transfections in 6-well plates.

Storage Condition
