HEK293 Host Cell DNA Residual Detection Kit is a kit for quantitative analysis and detection of HEK293 residual DNA content in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products. This kit adopts the principle of fluorescent quantitative PCR by probe method, which can specifically and quickly detect the residual DNA of HEK293 cells, and its minimum detection limit can reach the fg level; and the kit contains UDG enzyme, which can eliminate the pollution caused by the amplification product . This kit can be used in conjunction with our company's magnetic bead method residual DNA sample pretreatment kit (Cat#18461ES/18462ES) .
