INTENDED USE:

AffiCHECK® Chlamydophila pneumoniae DNA PCR Quantitative Positive Control supports validation and routine performance checks of PCR assays. It’s used for both qualitative detection and quantitative measurement of Chlamydophila pneumoniae DNA in clinical, research, and diagnostic workflows.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  • Open the foil pouch of AffiCHECK® Chlamydophila pneumoniae DNA.
  • Centrifuge AffiCHECK® Chlamydophila pneumoniae DNA Lyophilized Powder at 1000 g for 1 minute.
  • Add 100 μL of the Buffer and thoroughly mix until fully reconstituted.
  • The concentration will be 1x104 to 2x104 Copies/µL once reconstituted.
  • Vortex for 1 min for complete dissolution and homogenization.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE:

  • Before Reconstitution: Store at 2-8ºC.
  • After Reconstitution: Store at -20ºC.
