Overview
This product is composed of 12 kinds of predyed proteins with molecular weight range of 10-245 kDa, among which 72 kDa are orange bands, 25 kDa are green bands, 10, 15, 20, 35, 45, 60, 100, 140, 180, 245 kDa are blue bands. The protein concentration of each strip is about 0.1-0.4 mg/mL. The electrophoretic state and transmembrane effect of protein can be observed dynamically by using this product. Clear color bands can be seen on PVDF membrane and NC membrane after SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. This product is conveniently packed and ready to use. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agent!
