Overview
The Replication-Competent Lentivirus (RCL) Detection Kit is used for quantitative analysis to detect the potential risks of replication-competent lentiviruses that may occur in various cell products that use lentiviral vectors. This kit designs specific primers for the envelope protein VSV-G gene sequence of the lentivirus, and uses the principle of qPCR fluorescent probe to specifically and rapidly detect the risk of replicative lentivirus RCL, and its minimum detection limit can reach 1 copies/μL Level, and it is equipped with RCL DNA Control (DNA quantitative reference) . This kit needs to be used in conjunction with our company's magnetic bead method residual DNA sample pretreatment kit (Cat#18461ES/18462ES) .
