Materials Needed:
- AffiASSAY® ACE2 Activity Fluorometric Assay Kit
- Biological samples containing ACE2
- 96-well microplate
- Fluorescence microplate reader capable of measuring fluorescence intensity at specific wavelengths

- Microcentrifuge tubes
Protocol:
Sample Preparation:
- Prepare your biological samples containing ACE2. These samples can be cell lysates, tissue homogenates, serum, plasma, or culture supernatants.

Assay Plate Setup:
