AffiGEN® Cas13a (C2c2) Nuclease (Lyophilized Powder)
Cas13a is a CRISPR-associated RNA-guided nuclease that cleaves target RNA and activates collateral ssRNA cleavage for signal amplification. It is widely used in CRISPR-based molecular detection systems, including fluorescence and lateral flow assays.
