This product is a linearized, chemically synthesized polyethyleneimine (PEI) optimized specifically for large-scale AAV production in suspension cell systems. Free from animal-derived components, it offers low cytotoxicity and is supplied as a sterile liquid. The formulation provides high DNA loading capacity, a low transfection complex ratio, and excellent complex stability. It is broadly compatible with various AAV serotypes, making it ideal for efficient and scalable AAV manufacturing.
