Product Decription

AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V2 represents an enhanced iteration of the AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V1. Incorporating innovative chemistry, AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V2 unleashes a greater number of DNA condensing groups (100% compared to 80% in the previous version), resulting in a remarkable 3~4 fold increase in transfection efficiency, all while preserving cell viability. Each unit of AffiGEN® TransfectTM DNA In Vitro 2000 V2 reagent, with a volume of 1.0 ml, is sufficient for more than 600 transfections in 24-well plates or more than 300 transfections in 6-well plates.
