AffiNGS® mRNA Capture Beads 2.0

AffiNGS® mRNA Capture Beads 2.0 are 1 μm Oligo(dT)-coupled paramagnetic microspheres that leverage magnetic separation technology to isolate intact mRNA in small sample volumes, eliminating the need for mRNA precipitation. The whole workflow can be completed in 1 h. This kit is intended for the isolation of poly(A)+ RNA from 0.01 - 12.5μg of high-integrity total RNA (RIN ≥ 7). An incomplete or degraded total RNA template may lead to partial loss of poly(A)+ RNA information. The obtained mRNA can be used in various downstream molecular biology experiments.
