AffiNGS® RNA Adapters set 3 - set 6 for Illumina
AffiNGS® RNA Adapters set3-set6 for Illumina is a special library preparation kit for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It is suitable for multi-sample RNA library preparation on Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. set3 kit (AFG-M-0453) contains 24 different Index adapters from RNA Adapter 96-01 to RNA Adapter 96-24. The set4 kit (AFG-M-0453) contains 24 different Index adapters from RNA Adapter 96-25 to RNA Adapter 96-48. set5 kit (AFG-M-0455) contained 24 different Index adaptors from RNA Adapter 96-49 to RNA Adapter 96-72. The set6 kit (AFG-M-0456) contains a total of 24 different Index adapters from RNA Adapter 96-73 to RNA Adapter 96-96. All connectors provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional verification, which ensures the stability and repeatability of library preparation to a large extent.
