Business-to-business orders, custom-made products, perishable or temperature-sensitive products, and other legally exempt goods may not be eligible for cancellation or withdrawal. Each request will be reviewed according to applicable law and order status.

Submitting this request does not automatically confirm eligibility for cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or return. Each request will be reviewed manually according to applicable law, order status, and product type.
